You search dates and vehicle type on our platform, compare offers from different local suppliers, and pay a booking advance online. Within minutes you receive a voucher by email. That voucher carries the supplier name, pick-up instructions, and the full rental conditions. At the counter you sign the agreement directly with the provider listed in the voucher.
Passport, valid driving licence from your home country, and the printed or digital voucher. Visitors staying longer than six months must hold an international driving permit. UAE residents present Emirates ID and UAE licence. The supplier checks originals before handing over keys.

Most suppliers set the bar at twenty-one years with at least one year of licence history. Certain vehicle categories — luxury saloons, large SUVs — may require twenty-five years and two years of driving experience. Age and licence criteria appear in the search filters and in your voucher.
Cancellation rules vary by supplier and are printed in your voucher. Contact us at +971 2 447 9052 or [email protected] if you need to adjust dates or drop-off location. We forward requests to the supplier and confirm feasibility; some changes trigger a re-issue of the voucher.
Every voucher shows supplier contact details, pick-up address, reservation reference, vehicle group, included mileage, insurance level, fuel policy, and any extra services you selected. Print it or save the PDF on your phone. Suppliers rarely release a vehicle without sighting the voucher.

Airport counters at Zayed International stay open late to match flight arrivals. City offices on Corniche Road West typically operate 08:00–21:00 GST daily. After-hours collection is possible with some suppliers; arrange it when you book and the voucher will note the key-box code or meet-and-greet instructions.
