Legal framework for using the 4Drive Abu Dhabi platform

We provide a platform where you can search, compare, and request bookings. Each transaction is concluded directly between you and the supplier whose name appears in your voucher. 4Drive Abu Dhabi is not a party to that agreement. We do not own, operate, or manage vehicles. The supplier issues the final contract, sets policies, and handles fulfilment at their location.
When you submit a booking request, you may be asked to make an advance payment to secure your reservation. This prepayment does not constitute the full rental agreement. The supplier will provide a voucher detailing collection point, working hours, required documents, deposit arrangements, insurance options, and fuel policy. You remain responsible for reading and accepting the supplier's conditions before collection.
4Drive Abu Dhabi acts solely as an intermediary. We are not liable for vehicle condition, service quality, delays, cancellations, or disputes arising from the rental itself. Any claims regarding the vehicle, damage, traffic fines, or contractual breach must be addressed directly with the supplier named in your voucher. We facilitate communication but hold no responsibility for outcomes.
You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence recognised in the UAE. International visitors require a passport, visit visa or entry stamp, and either an International Driving Permit with home-country licence or a licence from an approved jurisdiction. Providing false information or using the platform for unlawful purposes will result in immediate termination of service.
All content on 4driveabudhabi.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by 4Drive Abu Dhabi or licensed. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any material without written consent. We collect and process personal data in accordance with UAE regulations and our privacy policy, available separately.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
